Dynamic interceptor · oil purifier to deal with large particles of lampblack: Under the action of negative pressure air flow in the body, lampblack particles can be captured and thrown to the oil sump by using the principle of centrifugal force under the high-speed rotating state of multiple blades on the shield through the gap on the shield, which can purify about 78% of lampblack particles above 5um.

Z-shaped steel mesh · oil purification, removing large particles of oil smoke: use gaseous pollutants to have different saturated vapor pressures at different temperatures and pressures. Under the condition of reducing temperature and changing pressure, under the action of gravity and collision principle, some pollutants are condensed to purify about 60% of soot particles above 10u.

Activated carbon is a kind of very small carbon particle with a large surface area, and there are more small pores in the carbon particle, one by one capillary. This capillary tube has a strong adsorption capacity. Because of the large surface area of carbon particles, it can fully contact with gas (impurities). When these gases (impurities) hit the capillary tube, they will be adsorbed and play a purification role.
The ventilation volume in the purification system shall be within the range of the rated air volume of the purifier.
The UV lamp has two wavebands of 254nm and 185nm. When the lampblack passes through the UV lamp, 254nm ultraviolet rays cut off the chain of oil molecules to form small oil molecules. At the same time, 185nm ultraviolet rays react with oxygen in the air to produce ozone, which turns the oil molecules into water, carbon dioxide and a small amount of white powder. Some of the oil smoke is photolyzed and oxidized, and the peculiar smell in the flue is mostly removed.
